Active Older Adults
We know you want more than just physical benefits when you exercise. You also want a sense of community. The Y has several activities to encourage older adults to take action and get involved.
Personal Training
Sometimes you need a little help and support. The Y strives to make available to you the most experienced and motivational personal fitness trainers.
Water Exercise
These classes have it all. Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water. It's a great workout without any impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles, and a great way to beat the heat. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
