We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. The YMCA of Central Texas offers personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals so that you can to live healthier.
We offer workouts to suit your personal needs through one-on-one coaching by certified personal trainers. Motivation and accountability are two very good reasons to work with a personal trainer.
When you join the YMCA, you receive a FREE ONE ON ONE ORIENTATION with a trainer. This one on one session allows our trainers to do a body fat analyses with you, learn your goals, lead you in the right direction to achieve your desired outcomes. All you need to do, is the work.
Once you sign up for Personal Training, a Trainer will prepare your workout agenda, keep you on task, and they encourage you to try your hardest and do your best. Plus, knowing they are waiting for you makes it harder to quit.
